How the Inspection Works
A technician inspects your piece in person and walks you through what's actually going on, whether that's a simple repair, a mechanism issue, or a piece that would benefit most from a full refinish. You'll know exactly what to expect and what it involves before you commit to anything.
What It Costs
The inspection fee is $75, and it's credited toward your repair if you move forward. There's no pressure to book on the spot. You'll walk away with a clear picture of your options either way.
Sometimes It's More Than Expected, In a Good Way
Occasionally a technician will find that a piece is a stronger refinishing candidate than the customer realized, especially with older solid wood furniture. If that's the case, you'll hear about it during the inspection, not as a surprise upsell later.
